Q: What is the Pilates Method?
A: Developed by Joseph Pilates, the Pilates Method is a conditioning program designed to shape, stregthen, and coordinate individual muscle groups into a functioning whole. The result is improved flexibility and muscle control, better posture, and a longer, leaner looking figure.
Q: What type of Pilates training does FineForm offer?
A: We offer equipment based, individualized, private or semiprivate training with each session lasting one hour. FineForm Pilates does offer circuit classes but our dedicated focus is on private and semiprivate training allows our certified instructors to closely monitor the progress of our clients, and to ensure exercises are practiced using proper form and breathing techniques.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: FineForm Pilates offers a variety of packages to accomidate your reqirements. Please contact us regarding our latest specials and pricing information.
Q: How often should I train?
A: For best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions each week. Noticible results, however, can be achieved in as few as one session each week.
Q: How fast will I see results?
A: After your first Pilates session, you will feel an immediate improvement in your body awareness. After ten sessions, you will feel stronger and more flexible. After twenty sessions, you will see changes in your posture. After thirty sessions, you will havea whole new body.
Q: What is the FineForm Pilates cancellation policy?
A: Clients are required to cancel 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session. We understand your schedule may change at the last minute, but since we have reserved that hour for you, we will not have the opportunity to offer that time slot to anyone else. If your schedule changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
